Hi, if you want to get organic (“free”) views for your videos and are ready to invest to its promotion, I’d recommend following steps:
1) Optimize your video from the beginning – starting from video duration, title/description/tags (do a keyword research, find most relevant/popular and less competitive search words), thumbnail (make it a clickbait); make a quality content. 2) Boost your video’s ranking factors – buy (a reasonable number of) views, likes, dislikes, comments, subscribers.
3) Check results, optimize, repeat 🙂
