I’ve got a 2019 Camry that’s due for its regular oil service and honestly I’m just tired of the whole dealership routine where you drop the car off and suddenly it’s an all-day affair for something that should take half an hour. I’ve been thinking about trying one of the independent garages around Mussafah or maybe even one of those quick-lube spots just to get it done fast without the hassle. The car is out of warranty anyway so I’m not too worried about breaking any dealer service schedule, I just want someone who actually knows what they’re doing and won’t overtighten the filter or use the wrong grade oil. Mainly I just want to know if they use genuine filters and if they actually check the other stuff while they’re under there or if it’s just an in-and-out job with no real inspection. Would appreciate any recommendations because I’d love to find a spot I can trust without having to book a whole day around it.
