Little Socks baby massage classes are suitable from 4 weeks until your baby is pre-crawling. Classes last for 1 hour with parent and baby relaxation, baby massage and then refreshments and chat at the end of each class.We use a mix of reflexology, Swedish massage and acupressure for our massage techniques.It is a wonderful class to take an hour out each week to bond with your baby while learning life-long techniques and meeting new local parents. Every week, you will receive an email with the weeks techniques to allow you to practice at home as well as a supportive whattssap group.
