Frankly speaking, I am not sure that any agency will create a better personal profile for you. Ghost writing is good but recruiters want to see YOU behind this profile, hear YOUR voice. Even if they like your profile, there is no guarantee that your further communication will end up as you want.
You may give someone to proofread and edit your texts but I’d suggest you to spend some time and create the basis for your profile by yourself.
There are lots of tips for a perfect Linkedin Profile and lots of inspiration you can find on the web. It does not mean that you need to copy someone’s texts but you can find inspiration and create an even better profile.
