Amazon Prime is an application to watch shows, movies, series, etc. You have to pay for it. Whenever any new series comes, it will send you a notification about that. You can also schedule the next series that show you once you finish your current series. If you are unable to watch videos on it then you should check your internet connection first. You can also Talk to live person at Amazon or contact us directly to fix this issue.
