Hello. Well-designed software from TurboTax makes me trust the tax legality and reliability of the application. I have been using it for years, so my previous tax return is carried over to the new tax year, which saves me time. Lately, I couldn’t find my prints from yesteryears and it was very easy for me to download them. Last year I needed CPA advice, and it was very easy for me to get it through TurboTax support (you can find their contacts and addresses here https://turbotax.pissedconsumer.com/review.html ). They looked at my performance in real time and gave advice in unusual circumstances. I can say with confidence that my appeal to TurboTax was correct. The price is very reasonable compared to hiring a tax firm.
