How to kill bugs in car

I am embarrassed to say… I think there are roaches in my car 🙁

I’m pretty clean guy. I clean up after myself and I have eaten in my car maybe 4x since I got it 3 years ago. Recently I have seen these little fucks in my car. I am not sure if they are roaches, but they are small roach like critters. About 1cm in length. I have killed 3 in the past 2 months and have seen about 5 (not sure if duplicates from the ones i’ve killed).

Is there any way to get these things out of my car? I threw out everything that was in the back seat which was really just baseball cleats and some gas receipts that made their way there. I have scheduled a full detail of the car but I’m not sure if just the vacuum will do it. I was thinking of the Pesticide Strips, but I am scared that the chemical won’t be too good for me.

I drive about 2hrs a day and would really like to not have bugs in my car.
