I will upload videos of me training in calisthenics, gym, powerlifting and armwrestling. I have been training for almost 10 years.
My journey began with calisthenics. I fell in love with being agile and doing different exercises with my body weight only. Later I wanted to gain some weight, so I decided that it’s time to hit the gym, but that didn’t go for very long.
After 1.5 years I quit and had about 1 year without doing anything. Then I found armwrestling and since then I fell in love with the sport and never gave up on it. Currently I am mixing all calisthenics, gym and armwrestling.
