Audi Q7 AC only works when the car is moving. Parked or idling and it’s just warm air.

I’m hoping someone here has dealt with this exact thing on a Q7 because I’m getting different answers from every garage I ask. My 2016 Q7 3.0T blows nice cold air when I’m cruising on the highway but the moment I hit standstill traffic or pull up to a parking spot the vents just start pushing out lukewarm air like the compressor decided to take a break. The weird part is if I rev the engine slightly in neutral the air gets cold again for a few seconds so I’m thinking it’s either the electric cooling fan not kicking in at idle or the compressor itself is getting weak and needs higher RPMs to build proper pressure. I’ve already had one shop tell me it needs a whole new compressor and another guy said just top up the gas and see what happens, neither of which filled me with confidence honestly. A friend mentioned there’s a Sharjah Audi AC Reliable Mechanics Center somewhere in Industrial Area 2 that deals with this specific generation Q7 a lot because the fan control modules are known to act up in this heat. Before I throw more money at guesses I just want to know if anyone else with a Q7 or even an A6 has fixed this idle cooling issue without replacing half the front end. I can live with a lot but sitting in traffic with a toddler in the back asking why it’s so hot is getting old real fast.
